Step by step

Log in to Virgin Money Online Banking at virginmoney.com (desktop required).
Click on the account you need the statement for.
Select the date range for the transactions you need.
Choose the CSV file type (select the 'Detailed' version).
Click 'Export transactions' to download the file.
