Log in to HSBC Online Banking UK at hsbc.co.uk (desktop browser required).
Go to your account overview and select the account you want to export.
Navigate to the 'Transactions' section (not Statements).
Look for the 'Download' or 'Export' button.
Choose your date range (up to 12 months back).
Select CSV (or XLS) as the file format.
Click 'Download' and save the file.
