How to download your Monzo transactions

Monzo is a bank in the UK. Export your transaction history as CSV, PDF, QIF, then drop the file into PennySlice — the AI categorises it for you.

Step by step

Open the Monzo app on your mobile device.
On the Home screen, tap the three dots (⋮) at the bottom-right of your card.
Tap 'Bank statements'.
Choose the date range you want to export.
Select CSV as the document format (PDF and QIF also available).
Tap 'Download' or 'Share' to save or send the file.

Tips for Monzo

Monzo supports CSV, PDF, and QIF export formats directly from the mobile app.
The export includes all transactions including Pot transfers.
