How to download your Barclays transactions

Step by step

  1. Log in to Barclays Online Banking at barclays.co.uk (desktop browser required).
  2. Click on the account you wish to export and select 'Show recent transactions'.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the transactions list and click 'View All Transactions'.
  4. Choose a start and end date for your export and click 'Search'.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the updated transactions list.
  6. Click 'Export All'.
  7. Select 'CSV' from the export options and save the file.

Tips for Barclays

  • CSV export is not available in the Barclays mobile app — you must use desktop Online Banking.
  • The export option is at the bottom of the transactions list.
