Step by step

  1. Log in to Santander Online Banking at santander.co.uk.
  2. From 'My Accounts and Transactions', choose the account.
  3. Click 'Download transactions' above the transactions table.
  4. Select 'All available transactions' or 'Since last download'.
  5. In the 'Download to' dropdown, select 'midata (CSV)'.
  6. Click 'Download' and save the file.
