How to download your NatWest Group transactions

Step by step

  1. Log in to NatWest Online Banking at natwest.com.
  2. Click on the account you wish to export and select 'View Transactions'.
  3. Click 'Show search' to reveal search options.
  4. Select 'Search between two dates' and enter your start and end dates.
  5. Click 'Search' to refresh the transaction list.
  6. From the export drop-down menu, select 'Excel, Lotus, 123, Text (CSV file)'.
  7. Click 'Export' and save the file.

Tips for NatWest Group

  • NatWest may limit date searches to 3 months at a time — export in multiple batches if needed.
  • OFX format is also available for accounting software.
