How to download your Neo Financial transactions

Step by step

Open a web browser and go to member.neofinancial.com (CSV export is not available in the mobile app).
Log in with your Neo Financial credentials.
Click on 'Credit' or 'Money' from the left-side menu.
Select the account you want to export.
Scroll down and click 'Download CSV'.
Use the filters to narrow your transaction date range if needed.
Click 'Download' and save the CSV file.

Tips for Neo Financial

CSV export is only available on the Neo website — not in the mobile app.
You can download up to 2,000 transactions per CSV file. Use date filters to download in smaller batches if you have more.
Works for both Neo credit card and Money accounts.
