How to download your CIBC transactions

Step by step

Log in to CIBC Online Banking at cibc.com.
On the home page, click 'Download transactions' in the left-hand navigation panel.
Select the account you want to download from (chequing, savings, or credit card).
Choose your date range using the date pickers.
Select CSV as the file format (or QFX/OFX if you prefer).
Click Download and save the file.
