How to download your Wells Fargo transactions

Step by step

  1. Log in to Wells Fargo Online at wellsfargo.com.
  2. Click on the account you want.
  3. Go to 'Activity' tab.
  4. Set the date range with the date picker.
  5. Click 'Download Account Activity' link (top-right area).
  6. Choose Comma Delimited (.csv) as the format.
  7. Click Download and save the file.

Tips for Wells Fargo

  • Wells Fargo allows downloading up to 18 months of activity.
  • For credit cards, the option may be under 'Statements & Activity'.
