How to download your ING transactions

ING is a bank in the Netherlands. Export your transaction history as CSV, PDF, then drop the file into PennySlice — the AI categorises it for you.

Step by step

  1. Log in to ING online banking at mijn.ing.nl.
  2. Select the payment account you want to export.
  3. Click 'Af- en bijschrijvingen downloaden' (Download transactions).
  4. Choose the start date and end date for the transactions.
  5. Select the file format: 'Kommagescheiden CSV' (comma-separated CSV).
  6. Click 'Download' to save the file.

Tips for ING

  • You can download transactions from a maximum of 18 months back.
  • Transactions must be exported per bank account — one file per account.
  • The interface is primarily in Dutch — 'Kommagescheiden CSV' means comma-separated CSV.
