How to download your Capital One transactions

Step by step

  1. Log in to Capital One Online at capitalone.com.
  2. Click on the account (credit card or checking).
  3. Go to 'View Transactions' or 'Activity'.
  4. Set the date range filter.
  5. Click 'Download Transactions' (look for a download link at the top-right).
  6. Select CSV format.
  7. Click Download and save.
